Green Building

Very Personalized. Very Beautiful.

Today, we are smarter, and more conscious of our environment. Therefore, when we construct a home, we pay attention to our building practices. To help reduce environmental impact during the course of the project, we focus on efficiently using energy, water, and other resources, building with recycled products and recycling during construction. Our adherence to the Earthcraft program ensures that we minimize the impact on the environment. This program provides the scope that we use to reduce waste and reduce energy costs and ultimately it allows us to deliver a healthier home. If one wishes to go beyond the Earthcraft model, we encourage you to do so. Our goal is to build all of our homes Energy Star certified. Energy Star is Earthcraft with additional energy reducing measures. Atlanta green building has been a focus of ours since year 2000.
